BlueBear Expands and Restructures Board of Directors
OTTAWA, ON - Mar 1, 2007 - BlueBear Networks International, Inc. (Other OTC:BLBR.PK -
News) announced today additions to its Board of Directors. "We have
reached an important milestone in the evolution of the company and need
an enhanced board presence," stated Sal Khan, CEO of BlueBear Networks.

To complement BlueBear's products, marketing, and management teams,
the Board of Directors has been restructured to include General Jean E.
Boyle as Chairman. General Boyle retired as Chief of the Defense Staff
(CDS) of Canada's Armed Forces following a distinguished thirty year
military career. As CDS he was responsible to the Governor General of
Canada for the control, direction, administration and the overall
command of the Canadian Forces. General Boyle is an associate of the
SPECTRUM Group, a Washington DC consultant firm which specializes in
Defense and Homeland Security issues. "I am eager to play a key role
with the BlueBear team as they deploy their leading edge solutions to
the law enforcement community," cited General Boyle.
Brian Metcalfe - President of Metcalfe & Associates - has been
appointed as a Director on the board. Brian has held many senior
positions within industry and government, including: Philips Electronics
N.V. and Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade. Mr.
Metcalfe has long standing relationships with the Canadian Association
of Defense and Security Industries, the Ontario Aerospace Council, the
Aerospace Industries Association of Canada, and Metcalfe & Associates
has represented multi-national corporations in the aerospace, defence
and security industry sectors.
Sal Khan - Founder & CEO of BlueBear who was instrumental in setting
the strategic direction for the development of BlueBear's law
enforcement initiatives - will remain as a Director on the board and
continue as CEO.
