March 1994, he was a staff consultant with Anderson Consulting. Mr.
Ruttenbur holds a B.A. from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and a

Lou Kelly, President/CEO, The Security Network and Chairman, Executive
Board, Center for Commercialization of Advanced Technologies (CCAT)
Lou Kelly is President/CEO of The Security Network. The Security Network is
a San Diego based non profit collaboration including federal, state and
local government, the US military, universities and industry. It is
dedicated to the development of strategies and associated products that will
result in comprehensive regional and national security.
In addition, Mr. Kelly is Chairman of the Executive Board for the Center for
Commercialization of Advanced Technologies (CCAT). CCAT is a congressionally
funded, nonprofit, public/private partnership which invests in early stage
commercial companies which could benefit national security and defense.
Mr. Kelly has also held key management positions at Litton Industries in the
development of Command and Control Systems for the U.S. military. In this
capacity, he was General Manager of Litton’s Ruggedized Computers and
Displays Division located in San Diego. This division developed, produced,
and marketed high volume computers and displays into both the military and
commercial markets.
Mr. Kelly received a BS in chemistry from The University of Maryland. He has
worked in electrical engineering and systems design throughout his career.
He completed the executive education program at Wharton Business School.

Jack Mallon, Founder and Senior Managing Director of Mallon Associates, a
New York-based investment bank servicing the $150 billion global security
industry. The firm provides M&A advisory and capital raising services to the
industry. Mallon Associates also publishes the Mallon Security Report, a
quarterly financial newsletter on the global security industry. Mr. Mallon
has more than 25 years of financial, legal and operational experience in the
security industry.

was a police and investigative reporter for the New York Daily News while
attending college and law school. He received his B.S. degree from Colombia
University, a LLB (law degree) from St. John’s School of Law and did
graduate work in securities and labor law at New York University Law School.
