New Web Site Tracks Homeland Business Trends. Investors hoping to cash in on the burgeoning homeland security market have a
new tool to help them monitor the latest trends in security technology stocks. Homelanddefensestocks.com, launched Thursday by
Point Roberts, Wash. - based ECON Corporate Services, includes industry news and research and investor services such as links to
analysts who follow the homeland security sector. ECON President Dawn Van Zant said she designed the homeland defense Web site
because she felt the homeland defense industry had long-term growth potential. “The amount of spending and the budget that’s been
allocated and the fact the Department of Homeland Security has been created tell you this is not a short-term situation,” she said.
